Being live streamed on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays at noon on my facebook page Soulfully Nourishing (https://www.facebook.com/soulfullynourishing/ ). Each day we will chat and pull on a different topic!

Let’s help clear spinning emotions, “stuck” energy, or simply create grounding and space within. These can be done via phone session (1 hour-$80), or at a time you’re resting (typically at night) while resting with an email sharing what we worked on ($20).
