Brahmi provided the vision and leadership to create the TriYoga Boston center. She has been practicing yoga since 1975 and teaching since 1982.
In 2010 she left high tech to renovate the new hOMe for TriYoga Boston at 60 Prospect St. in Waltham with the vision of creating a center to focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
Brahmi is a certified Yoga Therapist, and works with individual yoga therapy clients to help them find the right set of practices to reduce pain, suffering and optimize their well-being. She teaches therapeutic yoga classes and specializes in back pain, arthritis, Parkinson’s and cancer. She enjoys teaching beginners and helping them improve their wellbeing through the full spectrum of yoga lifestyle practices, and loves teaching yoga teachers and seasoned practitioners to lead them into deeper levels of practice, opening energy pathways, finding expansion in alignment and awareness.

TriYoga Boston is a nonprofit that promotes health and well being through yoga practices, educating yoga teachers, promoting and sharing the knowledge of the healing and transformative power of yoga. We offer all levels of yoga classes, group therapeutic classes, private yoga therapy, and yoga teacher training. We also offer therapeutic massage and sound healing.
