Located right downtown and overlooking the water\, it is the ideal spot to gather\, connect\, and support local. Not only does Reedmor have everything you need when it comes to finding your next favorite read\, it also has a thoughtfully crafted menu of snacks and libations. It’s the ideal spot to meet a friend\, buy a gift\, or pass hours turning pages. Our favorite part about Reedmor is their dedication to providing safe and fun spaces for communities to gather. We can’t imagine a better place for this special Mental Health Mini Retreat! \nChristina Ennabe\nChristina is a licensed therapist and coach specializing in trauma\, OCD\, anxiety\, and burnout. She helps busy professionals who feel overwhelmed\, stuck\, or burned out to reclaim their well-being\, calm their nervous system\, and heal from the inside out. We’re so lucky to have Christina join us for this event and guide us through a mid-walk grounding practice. \n\n\nLearn about Robinson Family Foundation\n\n\n\nA portion of the proceeds from each ticket will go directly to the Robinson Family Foundation. R-FF promotes whole-person health by supporting heart health education\, mental health awareness\, and physical well-being. Through community partnerships and action-driven initiatives\, they ensure individuals\, and those who care for them \, don’t have to face challenges alone. The foundation was created following deeply personal experiences\, including Eli Robinson’s battle with schizophrenia and his tragic passing\, which sent waves through the Seacoast community. Today\, the Robinson Family Foundation works to raise awareness\, fund critical resources\, and build a community where every person is supported and valued as a whole. \nIf you can’t make this event\, you can “buy” a donation-only ticket and enter any amount. \n\n\n\nAbout She Flows Collective \nWe’re building a movement that connects\, empowers\, and celebrates women through wellness\, community\, and local collaboration. We believe that when women feel welcome to show up exactly as they are\, we create positive waves of change. \nFollow us on Eventbrite and connect with us on Instagram so you don’t miss a beat!
