Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) stands as an evidence-based program designed not only to prevent depressive relapse but also to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and emotional stress. By integrating mindfulness practices with the insightful strategies of cognitive therapy\, MBCT offers a comprehensive approach to mental well-being. \nIn the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion’s non-clinical MBCT program for the community\, participants will acquire skills to effectively respond to emotional challenges. This approach allows you to transform your relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings\, fostering self-care and enhancing your resilience.
