SUMMARY:Movement Mornings - Interval Walks
DESCRIPTION:Movement Mornings- Wednesday Interval Walks around Back Bay\n\n\nCommunity! Movement! Yes! \nThank you all so much for such a fun summer of movement on the beach! The sand\, salt\, sweat\, and swim every Wednesday with you was the highlight of my week! Alongside dipping\, movement in community will be a nurturing practice\, and so to keep up the weekly meets and moves\, we’re going to transition the beach bootcamps into WEDNESDAY INTERVAL WALKS! \nEvery Wednesday from 7-8 AM\, we’ll walk Back Bay\, and punctuate the loop with intervals and body weight moves. Getting out into the sunshine first thing through the cooler season will support our circadian rhythms\, stave off any seasonal slumps\, keep our blood moving\, and keep hump-day happy! We’ll meet outside Coveside Coffee-28 Vannah Ave\, Portland\, ME\, and make our way down to the Back Bay loop. I’ll introduce the interval set for the morning\, and then we’ll make our way around the bay. We’ll aim to keep this to 1 hour\, so some speed walking might be mixed in! \nThis Movement Season will come with an additional platform (coming soon)\, so until then stay up to date on all movement offerings\, personal trainings session and BCST sessions\, with a monthly Newsletter\, or on Instagram @kelsyhartley . \n-See you soon! \nKelsy
