My name is Brian Ligotti and my super power is the ability to connect with people and help them to feel supported. I chose this as a profession because I struggled with my weight for years. I tried every type of diet, quick fix, and TV promise out there. In my desperation to lose the weight, I was taken advantage of and wasted a ton of money. What really help me to create lasting change in myself was staying focused, having a clear reason for what I was doing, and being consistent with small changes.
