Hello, my practice is called Lotus Massage Studio and is located at 63 Ocean Street in South Portland, ME. I am a licensed massage therapist in the State of Maine and graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts. Prior to massage therapy, I have been working as a licensed clinical social worker and also as an alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Maine. My personal and professional experience led me to have an increasing interest in the mind/body/spirit connection, and wanting to learn more about holistic modalities. I would like to provide services for those seeking relaxation, stress management and support in self care. I am also interested in working with individuals who may be apprehensive to try massage therapy and/or Reiki , and provide a non judgmental atmosphere of practice. Communication is key, and I look forward to continue exploring additional modalities to insert into my toolkit!
