I began my journey at a young age with a fascination with weather, studying Physical Geography at Boston University. This is where I discovered Yoga and Zen Meditation. These practices were saving grace in a time of stress. After school I went on to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and hone my skills in Thai Massage, Myofascial release, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Jin Shin Jyutsu, After a serious whiplash incident and going through hours of therapy I made the connection between stress, neck pain, migraines and insomnia which are now my areas of specialty. I also developed a wellness platform I call Lifestyle Geography that addresses health from a holistic platform. In addition I teach yoga and meditation for stress reduction. Thank you for reading!
