I have been practicing yoga for 21 years and been a private chef, primarily on yachts for 15. I studied Moksha in British Columbia and Ayurvedic yoga and nutrition in Portland,Oregon. I have been teaching yoga for recovery for the past 3 years as well as barre and kundalini inspired vinyasa. I believe in the power of prayer through movement and spirit and joy of beautiful food.
