Dr. Patricia Wild

Biography

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (B.F.A.), a Masters degree (M.A.) in art education, and Doctoral degree (Ed.D.) in education, as well as a CGS in the Expressive Arts. I design and facilitate group workshops and individual counseling in the Expressive Arts through my own business, Spiral Arts.
I have recently completed my first novel, and am starting my second. I also have two non-fiction expressive arts workbooks in process. I continue to produce and occasionally exhibit my own artwork, and am a published author in journals, newspapers, and an arts magazine.

Business Overview

I have designed and facilitated a wide variety of multi-modal workshops using Expressive Arts techniques. Research has shown working with the Expressive Arts to be effective in a variety of ways – as a tool for inner growth and exploration, for pain management and other mind/body healing practices, for exploring and dissolving emotional blocks, for freeing creativity, etc.
