QiGong & Breath Detox

Join us for our Qigong Event, a transformative and rejuvenating practice that combines movement, meditation, and breathwork to promote health, vitality, and inner peace.
In this session, you will learn ancient Chinese Qigong exercises that will help you to activate and balance your Qi (life force energy), improve your physical and mental health, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Our experienced Qigong teacher will guide you through a sequence of gentle and flowing movements, mindfulness practices, and deep breathing exercises that will help you to release stress, tension, and negative emotions, and to cultivate a sense of relaxation, joy, and harmony.
Whether you are new to Qigong or an experienced practitioner, this event is designed for all levels and all ages. No prior experience with Qigong is necessary.

About the Practioner:
Lu Rigueur, a seasoned SOMA Trainer and Therapist with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry, will be leading a special Qigong event on December 13th at the Center for Consciousness in Haute Healing Oasis. As the President and Owner of SOMA Performance, Lu specializes in injury treatment, rehabilitation, corrective exercises, strength training, and body weight optimization. His approach integrates diet, exercise, mindset, and supplement support to help clients achieve their optimal weight and health goals.
Lu’s extensive training includes certifications as a Structural Integration Therapist, Myofascial Specialist, and Massage Therapist. He has completed certifications in Visceralogy and Pelvilogy through the Academy Sutherland of Osteopathy under Dr. Guy Voyer. As a Master of SOMA Therapy with comprehensive Osteopathic training, Lu uses a holistic SOMA approach in his manual therapy and training techniques, achieving breakthroughs for clients who have not found success elsewhere.
With his belief in integrating musculoskeletal alignment, joint, tissue, and muscle support through manual therapy, SOMA treatment, physical fitness training, and a healthy diet, Lu has a unique and effective approach to health and fitness. He has previously worked with Dr. Henri Roca at Greenwich Hospital’s Integrative Medicine Practice and Dr. Priscilla Xu’s Pain Management Practice, bringing a wealth of experience to his current role.
