This educational panel explores the complex relationship between ADHD, brain fog, hormones, sleep, movement, and midlife cognitive health.

For many women in midlife, these cognitive changes raise a pressing question: Is this ADHD, or is it brain fog related to perimenopause or menopause?

This educational panel explores the complex relationship between ADHD, brain fog, hormones, sleep, movement, and midlife cognitive health. Designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, this conversation brings clarity to symptoms that are often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or dismissed.

Rather than treating focus and memory challenges as isolated issues, this session takes an integrative, whole-person approach. Our speakers examine how hormonal shifts, sleep quality, exercise, stress, and lifestyle patterns influence attention, executive function, and mental clarity during midlife.

Each expert will offer a focused 10–12 minute presentation, followed by a live Q&A where participants can ask questions and explore practical next steps.
