Autumn is associated with the Metal element, which is linked to the Lungs and Large Intestine. With equal amounts of day and light, we also experience a balance of yang and yin. Thus begins our transition to the dominant yin of winter.

Energetically, we are meant to harvest the last of the summer yang qi and use its power to release what is no longer needed.

It’s a time to support respiratory health and strengthen the immune system for the upcoming flu season. Time to take stock and reexamine our priorities.

Sound Healing: Individuals who have Pacemakers, Implanted pumps/devices, Epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.
