FREE TO BE WEEKEND RETREAT @ Nurture Through Nature, Denmark ME

September 23, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - September 25, 2022 @ 1:00 pm

Over night Eco friendly lodging, 5 farm to table organic meals, yoga, guided free movement, meditation, connection, sauna.

A weekend away, an intentional retreat, a kickstart to a healthier lifestyle, a breath of fresh air… the “Free to Be Retreat” will be exactly what you make it.

Nestled in the untouched beauty of Maine’s western mountains, you’ll be invited to connect heart-to-heart with an intimate group of women also seeking community, reflection, and connection. Step away from your daily routine and receive the gifts of freshly prepared meals, intentional movement practices, and the simplicity of being present in nature.

Led by Kristy McNaughton, a teacher with 17 years’ experience holding space for others, the Free to Be Retreat is open to women from all walks of life. Whether you’re a fitness professional, life-long yogi, or just beginning your journey of connecting more deeply with your mind, body and soul, this retreat will meet you exactly where you are.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the natural surroundings, enjoy a book, or connect with other retreat members. Our timeline is structured enough to provide you with a full experience while allowing plenty of down-time in between sessions!

Kristy’s movement classes have been described as “life-changing”, “heart-opening” and most often, “exactly what I didn’t even know I needed.” Over the course of the weekend you will be guided through 3 intentional practices to move your body, deepen your breath and experience your inner landscape without distraction. You may feel grounded, expanded, or both! These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Kristy will provide the ingredients for a profound experience, but everyone’s experience will look a little different, depending on what you need. Limited to 10 participants.
