Sink into a landscape of sacred sound as gong and singing bowls weave their healing resonance through body and spirit. This hour of sonic meditation offers a gentle doorway to your inner haven – a chance to dissolve winter’s tension and float in waves of pure, restorative sound.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. This gentle restorative experience welcomes all who seek peace, healing, and stillness.
