Summer Sol Series Outdoor Yoga at Bunker Hill

Join Emily and Whole Health Wellness for an all-levels outdoor yoga class at Bunker Hill every Tuesday from 5:30-6:30 PM through 10/26.

About this event

Yoga has been a formative force in Emily’s life from a young age. As a child growing up in South Boston, Emily attended yoga classes alongside her mom and cousin. She soon found a sense of belonging amongst the welcoming community and an ability to tap into her own strength through the physical practice. Encouraged by the non-competitive nature of yoga, Emily began to view the yoga studio as a playground- a place to go to be fully present, laugh and play with friends, and challenge her skills without any pressure to be perfect.

After many years of play and practice, Emily took the dive into teaching upon completing her RYT 200 hr in 2020 with Todd Skoglund and David Vendetti and Advanced Mat Pilates certification with Antonio Aniello in 2019. Emily encourages students to meet themselves where they are and strongly believes in the celebration of trying just as much as the celebration of succeeding.


Whole Health Wellness, offers customized employee wellness programs with a holistic approach. Services include (but aren’t limited to): virtual and on-site fitness, mindfulness, and meditation classes, nutrition counseling and workshops, healthy cooking demos and lunch & learns, health coaching, workplace wellness challenges, and corporate wellness retreats.
