A certified Wellness Coach, Mind Body Fitness Instructor, and Worksite Wellness Specialist, Mariana’s own personal wellness plan includes regular mind/body fitness, daily meditation, daily wellness routines, aroma therapy, body work, and weekly counseling/coaching.
