Biography

My name is Sara Cromwell and I have been many people in my past - cook, construction worker, caretaker, salesperson, paralegal - but this is the path that best embodies my passion. My love of food, nutrition, gardening, and back to the earth basics are all wrapped up in the title of health coach. I believe that everything in life is connected and that we have a freedom of choice to live the life that means the most to us.
I am certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My education consisted of training in dietary theories, bio-individuality, stress reduction, healing through food, and personal development.

Business Overview
I offer free health consultations to find out if you are ready for a coaching program.  I then offer either a 6 month individual coaching program or a 3 month group coaching program. All programs will also give you access to newsletters, promotions, invitations to Wellness Walks, private Facebook groups, and insider information on upcoming wellness classes.

    Sara’s knowledge and wisdom was exactly what I needed more of in my life. I learned about the role of sleep and that taking time to relax was critical to my well being. I also became more aware of what foods I was missing in my diet and the benefits of adding them. The breathing exercises were life changing and a critical tool to dealing with daily stress.
