Are you scared to stock your pantry with all the foods your family enjoys? I’ve kept off my 35 lb weight loss while eating chips, ice cream and donuts. Let’s learn about the habits to make health and lasting weight loss possible without crazy diets or a million products & supplements.

Join me for a four week workshop (6/2-6/23) to give your habits a reboot to head into summer feeling your best! I have a collection of lifestyle habits and small, easy changes to make that have a big impact on your health. We will support each other and discuss our progress towards make changes over the course of the workshop.

We’ll talk about the things in your life that affect your health even more than the foods you put on your plate. You can eat all the kale you want, but if you’re stressed it’s not going to help. I have 12 easy habits that make a big impact on health.

I’m an IIN Holistic Health Coach who loves donuts and Disney! I’ve been on a weight loss adventure for as long as I can remember. I’m finally in a good place and I want to help others get there too. I’m all about adding in what makes you feel good and making small changes that last!

**PLEASE NOTE** This is an indoor, 4 day workshop meeting on Wednesday evenings. Masks are mandatory, and space is limited.
