Healthy Meal Planning for Kids

Join Catherine Walter, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and GISB parent, for a presentation on healthy meal planning and lunch options for kids.

Originally from New York City, Catherine has spent nearly 20 years living abroad, including several years in Germany, where her husband is from. Most of these years were spent in Asia. There Catherine earned a Masters in Environmental Sciences from Hong Kong University and began working in environmental consulting in Hong Kong and later in business development for wind farms in Vietnam and Singapore. Following her husband’s career move to Boston, she made a career shift to health & wellness coaching. She was inspired to do so by her own health transformation and her learnings from ancient Asian healing traditions. As a mom of three, she focuses on supporting mothers and partners to improve their health & wellness and, by so doing, improving the health and wellbeing of their children and families.
