KRIPALU YOGA ONLINE – TU 9 AM – ONE CLASS 1/30/24

YOGA is the union between body, mind, and spirit. In addition to providing a relaxing stretch for the entire body, yoga helps us to be happier, healthier, less stressed, and more present for our families and friends. Everyone is welcome just as they are on their own personal journey towards greater non-judgmental self-awareness.

This is one class of a multi-week program session. This program welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners. This program will be taught through the lens of Ayurveda, weaving Yogic Philosophy and Ayurvedic Principles into each class to address what is needed on any given day. Asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation are always part of a complete practice.

THIS PROGRAM WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE VIA ZOOM. You will receive a link to the online session prior to the first class once registration is complete. If you are interested in complete seven week progrm session, please contact ljcohen@comcast.net for details.
