Join grief & spiritual counselor Karen Campbell for Meditations & Conversations of Healing.

Healing meditations will be dedicated to the experiences of healing after loss, recognizing that we experience many different types of loss. Meditations will include inspirational readings, guided meditations and time for quiet reflection. Following meditations, Karen will guide supportive conversation regarding the grief and healing journey.

Adults experiencing all types of loss are welcome. We honor all loss, including but not limited to loss due to death.

We grieve even though we were told time was supposed to heal the wounds. We grieve our losses even as we enjoy other aspects of our lives”. KMC
