Movement Mornings: 6AM Beach Bootcamp and Coldwater Dip! Wednesdays May-Aug

Movement Mornings are weekly beach bootcamps and coldwater dips!
Every Wednesday we gather together to sweat, laugh, swim, and connect in community. These Bootcamps are tailored to all levels. We use body weight moves, TRX, and HIIT exercises to get our blood moving, our daily dose of sunshine, and to dip in the water, of course!
Wednesday Mornings, May- August
6:00 a.m. Beach Bootcamp
6:45 a.m. Coldwater Dip
Willard Beach, South Portland
These mornings serve as a midweek pick me up and recalibrate our circadian rhythm. The community that forms around these Movement Mornings has been incredible, supportive, and an agent for more vibrancy and fun in our lives. Movement Mornings are a great chance to get to know a fabulous group of folks, and get all the good vitamins we need for the week: vitamin D, vitamin Sea, and vitamin Community!
Come for the workout, or just to dip! Jump in for one session or join for the whole season! As a personal trainer, and bodyworker, Kelsy believes that movement is medicine, and that optimum health is found in exercising our full capacity as humans in community! So, Let’s do this!
