Day One: Your Relationship with Yourself
Your relationship with yourself is paramount. You are a creation machine. Everything you create is a reflection of yourself. You are the foundation—literally, the main player in your own health. In order to create wellness, you have to believe it’s possible, listen to your own body, and know your body is working with you to come back to health.
Day Two: What Are Your Boundaries?
Do you honour yourself? What are your internal boundaries?
Your internal boundaries reveal your boundaries with the outer world. If you don’t honour yourself, how can others honour you? Too often as women, we put the needs of others before our own. The reality is that people treat us the way we treat ourselves. If we don’t hold ourselves in high regard and protect our interests, why would anyone else? The best way to support your body and move away from stress and illness is to set your boundaries. We start by doing this internally.
Day Three: Stress is Killing You: How Stress Impacts your Body
Start to understand how stress affects your body.
The more you know about your body and how stress impacts it, the more tools you can call on to protect yourself. On Day Three, you’ll get clear on the ways chronic stress sets the stage for dis-ease to enter the body, and how this increases flares in your autoimmune illness.
Day Four: Does Vulnerability Scare You?
Nothing is wrong with you.
The more you ask for help, the stronger you will become. The beauty of being vulnerable is that in reaching out for help, you create a community where you feel safe and supported—where you can grow stronger and heal.
Day Five: Maintaining Your Inner Connection
Now that you have connected to your true self, your physical body, mind, and spirit, you’ll learn to incorporate some daily practices to keep it up! I’ll share amazing tools and techniques I’ve used to live a life with joy, and move through each day with ease and flow.
