Virtual Mindfulness Practices – Ongoing!

The CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion has launched a FREE live-online community practice series offered in the morning and evening every day to help support our community. Over 20 teachers are coming together to offer sessions in English, Spanish, & Portuguese. These sessions include mindful movement, art making, walking, support for working with stress, anxiety, grief, fear, and bringing in joy, appreciation, and support.
