Join Stephanie to reset your body and get re-energized for the rest of your week! You’ll work on strengthening your core, releasing tight muscles, and increasing joint mobility, all while resting on a mat. Beyond enough space for a mat, the only accessories you’ll want are a yoga strap or towel and a tennis ball or therapy ball. If you have any joint issues, modifications will be provided so that you can enjoy this class even with restrictions!
