Portland, ME – December 4, 2025 – SoulBeing, the digital health platform expanding access to evidence-based, preventive, and HSA-eligible care, today announced that Christopher Lords has joined the company as Acting Chief Technology Officer and Strategic Advisor. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare technology, enterprise software, and large-scale operational transformation, Lords will guide SoulBeing’s technology roadmap, AI strategy, and platform scalability during this pivotal growth phase.

Lords brings deep expertise in engineering leadership, value-based healthcare technology, enterprise-grade architecture, and high-growth operational execution. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Senior Client Partner at Cognizant, overseeing all Cognizant/TriZetto products and services delivered to the UnitedHealth Group (UHG) enterprise. He managed a $250M P&L, led a team of approximately 2,000 associates, and drove 166% revenue growth over five years.

Prior to Cognizant, Lords served as CIO/CTO at FPX, a cloud-based SaaS CPQ and sales automation platform. In that role, he led Product Development, QA, Product Management, Operations, DevOps, Corporate IT, and Support, driving a sweeping modernization of the company’s technology stack and cloud migration.

Lords has also held key leadership and architecture roles at Vital Images (now Canon Medical Informatics), OptumCare, AMICAS, and VitalWorks, where he led delivery of FDA-regulated radiology solutions, designed ACO infrastructure, executed M&A technology diligence, and built enterprise clinical and payer systems used across the country.

In his new role as Acting CTO and Advisor, Lords will shape SoulBeing’s technology strategy, strengthen engineering processes, advance AI-powered capabilities, and ensure the platform can scale to meet employer, provider, and member demand across more than 50 categories of evidence-based care.
